My name is Megan Luttrell and I am a gouache and watercolor artist living and working in Chicago, Illinois. I attended the American Academy of Art College where I received my bachelors in fine art with a specialization in watercolor painting. My current body of work consists of non representational lines and shapes presented on an elongated canvas in vibrant color schemes . In my work I am inspired by a number of things including: pop culture, cartoons, psychedelia, and color schemes and fashion from the 60’s and 70’s. When I’m not painting you can find me playing with my makeup or going to drag shows.
